“I chose restoration as our first vertical for a very specific reason — it chose me. I own a portfolio of short-term rental properties in Scottsdale, and for years whenever a pipe burst or a flood hit between guest stays, we were forced to take the first vendor we could find, pay whatever they asked, and hope for the best. Gun to the head, guests checking in the next morning, no good options. I got tired of it and wanted to build the platform I couldn't find.”
